1、 Product description of output reactors for frequency converters
The output reactor for the frequency converter is a dry-type iron core reactor used in series with the output terminal of the frequency converter, serving as the output reactor for the frequency converter. Installing an outgoing line reactor can passivate the steepness of the output voltage (switching frequency) of the inverter, reduce the disturbance and impact of power components in the inverter, and also reduce the overvoltage of the motor winding caused by cable capacitance, which can extend the distance between the inverter and the motor and improve the service life of the motor.
2、 Scope of application of output reactors for frequency converters
The series of output reactors are used for various frequency converters with fundamental frequency of 0-100Hz, output voltage below 2000V, and working current below 5000A.
3、 Structural characteristics of output reactors for frequency converters
The output reactors for frequency converters are three-phase, all of which are dry-type iron core reactors. The iron core is made of high-quality and low loss imported cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets, and the air gap is separated by epoxy laminated glass cloth sheets to ensure that the air gap does not change during the operation of the reactor. The coil is wound with F-grade enameled wire, and the heat generated due to relatively low temperature rise is also relatively small, which has little impact on the surrounding electrical components. The overall immersion coating of the reactor reduces the noise during operation. This reactor has the advantages of small size, light weight, and beautiful appearance.
4、 Manufacturing standard for output reactors for frequency converters
The product is manufactured in accordance with mainland standards GB 19212.21, GB 10229-1988, or the Ministry of Machinery standard JB/T 5346-1998.
5、 Environment for using output reactors for frequency converters
1. The altitude is below 2000m;
2. The ambient temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃;
3. The relative humidity should not exceed 90%;
4. Places without severe vibration and impact vibration;
5. The ambient air must not contain harmful gases or flammable gases or dust that corrode metals and damage insulation. When using, the reactor must not be corroded by water, rain, or snow;
6. The surrounding environment should have good ventilation conditions. If installed in a cabinet, ventilation equipment should be installed.
